Whether you're building a custom home, renovating an existing space, or caring for one we built — it begins the same way: a conversation. No plans are required. No price is asked of you. We sit down, talk through the project, the timeline, and the budget — and we respond within 24 hours.
02 How long does it take to build a custom home? +
A custom home typically takes twelve to twenty-four months from the first conversation to move-in, depending on the house and the site. Renovations generally run 4–12 weeks. Either way, we give you an honest, realistic timeline at the start — not an optimistic guess — and weekly updates until the work is done.
03 What does it cost to build a custom home in Little Rock? +
The honest answer is that it depends on the house — and we would rather show you real numbers than quote a figure that won't hold. We send your plans to trusted subcontractors for detailed, itemized bids, so the price is built from real costs, not allowances. Every line item is on paper before work begins, and payments follow project milestones.
04 Where do you build? +
Most of our work is close to home — Chenal Valley, the Heights, Hillcrest, and west Little Rock — along with Maumelle and Roland, and lake residences at Heber Springs and Hot Springs. If you're building in Central Arkansas, chances are we build where you are.
