Heber Springs — lake houses built for decades of summers.
Greers Ferry Lake is where Central Arkansas goes to exhale. We recently completed a hillside residence above the water — and we're glad to be building here.
An hour north of Little Rock, Greers Ferry Lake has some of the clearest water in the state — and shoreline lots that ask real questions of a builder. Slopes that want engineering. Weather that finds cheap materials. Views that deserve better than a sliding door.
We completed a residence above the lake in 2026 — a hillside build organized around one vaulted great room that opens entirely to the water. It taught us the particular disciplines of this shoreline, and it left us wanting to build here again.
Lake houses hold families longer than any other kind of home. Summers compound in them. If you’re planning one on Greers Ferry, we’d like to see the lot.

What's different about building on a lake lot?
The slope, the weather, and the water itself. Shoreline lots are usually steep — the foundation is engineering as much as concrete — and everything from window packages to deck fasteners has to be specified for lake exposure. It's exactly the kind of problem we enjoy.

Can you manage a build if we live in Little Rock or out of state?
Most lake clients don't live at the lake. The Friday update carries photos and plain-spoken status, decisions are batched so your time is respected, and Jeremiah's direct line works from anywhere.
