We build here the way we build everywhere: few projects, close attention, itemized numbers, and Jeremiah on site every week. Maumelle’s mix of established streets and newer enclaves means the work ranges from ground-up customs on water-adjacent lots to first-generation homes being rebuilt for their second families.

Do you build in Maumelle's established neighborhoods and newer developments?
Both. We've worked across the city and build to each neighborhood's covenants and review requirements as a matter of course.
How involved can we be during the build?
As involved as you like. Every decision is made together, you'll have a direct line to Jeremiah, and the Friday update keeps you current whether you visit the site weekly or watch from afar.
How long will our build take?
Twelve to twenty-four months is honest for a full custom home, depending on design and scope. Renovations typically run four to twelve weeks.
