Often. The process is built for it — itemized bids you can read from anywhere, a Friday update with photos, and decisions batched so the build never stalls waiting on a phone call.
What should we know before buying a Lake Hamilton lot?
Walk it with a builder first. Shoreline grade, seawall condition, utility access, and dock permissions change what a lot really costs. We'll look at it with you before you're committed.
How far in advance should we start the conversation?
Earlier than feels necessary. Design, engineering, and approvals take months before ground breaks — the best lake-house summers start two years before the first one you spend in it.
