Chenal Valley — homes worthy of the valley's best streets.
West Little Rock's most established address for new custom homes. We've been building here since our first years as a firm — we know its covenants, its review processes, and its lots.
Chenal Valley has been Little Rock’s benchmark for new custom homes for three decades — and it is where much of our own story has been written. Our first years as a firm were spent on these streets, and a residence we completed here holds one of the longest chapters in our portfolio.
Building well in Chenal is a discipline of its own. The neighborhood’s architectural standards are real, the lots reward careful siting, and the families who move here have usually built before — they know the difference between a house that was managed and a house that was cared for. That is the difference we sell.
We take on a small number of Chenal projects at a time, which is how Jeremiah stays personally on site every week. If you’re holding a lot in the valley — or looking for one — the conversation costs nothing.
New custom residences
Ground-up homes designed with your architect for Chenal's estate lots — from first site walk to final walkthrough.
Golf & greenbelt lots
Homes oriented to the course and the tree line — window placement, outdoor rooms, and privacy planned from the first sketch.
Whole-home renovation
Updating established Chenal homes to how you live now — kitchens, primary suites, outdoor living — without losing what made them.
How long does a custom home in Chenal Valley take to build?
Most of our new residences take twelve to twenty-four months from first conversation to move-in, depending on scope and design time. We'd rather tell you a real number in person than a comfortable one here.
Do you work with Chenal's architectural review requirements?
Yes — we've taken many homes through neighborhood design review, and we build the approval timeline into the schedule from the start so it never becomes a surprise.
Can you build on a lot we already own?
Gladly. We'll walk it with you before anything is drawn — grade, trees, orientation, and what the lot wants to be.
If the house has been in your mind for some time —
it may be time to draw it.
Every residence begins with a conversation. No plans are required. No price is asked of you. We meet at your site, or over coffee, and we listen.
