Chenal Valley has been Little Rock’s benchmark for new custom homes for three decades — and it is where much of our own story has been written. Our first years as a firm were spent on these streets, and a residence we completed here holds one of the longest chapters in our portfolio.

Building well in Chenal is a discipline of its own. The neighborhood’s architectural standards are real, the lots reward careful siting, and the families who move here have usually built before — they know the difference between a house that was managed and a house that was cared for. That is the difference we sell.

How long does a custom home in Chenal Valley take to build?

Most of our new residences take twelve to twenty-four months from first conversation to move-in, depending on scope and design time. We'd rather tell you a real number in person than a comfortable one here.

Do you work with Chenal's architectural review requirements?

Yes — we've taken many homes through neighborhood design review, and we build the approval timeline into the schedule from the start so it never becomes a surprise.

Can you build on a lot we already own?

Gladly. We'll walk it with you before anything is drawn — grade, trees, orientation, and what the lot wants to be.
