It depends on design, site, and selections more than square footage — which is why we bid from real plans with itemized numbers from our subcontractors, not allowances that move later. You'll see where every dollar goes before we break ground.
Do you help find lots?
We keep an eye on west-side land constantly and will walk any lot you're considering before you buy it — grade, utilities, orientation, and what it will actually cost to build there.
How many projects do you take at once?
Few — deliberately. Jeremiah is personally on site every week, and that only works at a scale where every project gets his attention.
